2.    Terms of Payment

Buyer(s) shall make Cash (T/T) payment within 2 days for 100% amount for the first 5 pages after delivery throuth e-mail or other means, then cash (T/T) for 100% amount for every 10 pages at delivery by e-mail or other means hereafter.

4.    Late Delivery Penalty

In case of a failure to deliver the service or product of the contract in time as specified, and if the fault is on Sellers' side, a fine of 5% of total contract amount shall be deducted from the payment as the penalty of late delivery for the first 1week (less than one week counted as one week), and increase 1% for every week hereafter.

5.    Force Majure:

Sellers shall not be held responsible for failure of delivery or for failure of delivery in time because of events that are out of Sellers' control, which include such natural disasters as fires, earthquakes, flood, and others. However, in case of such occurrences, the Sellers shall notify the Buyer(s) within one week after the occurrence, and send the evidence thereof to the Buyer(s) by registered mail.

6.    Arbitration

Disputes, if any, arising between the Buyer(s) and the Sellers shall be resolved through friendly consultations. In case an agreement can not be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the arbitration committee of the Buyer(s)' country. The decision of the arbitration committee shall be final.
