To ensure that SCI's compressors meet the industry's stringent
standard requirements, the Quality Assurance or (QA) Department will be responsible for
checking the company's product quality throughout all production processes, i.e. starting
from the raw material reception point to its production line, and assembling process until
the rotary compressors are completely turned out with perfection.

Quality assurance also covers product checkout before making
delivery plus analyzing customer problems arising from product usage.
SCI also carries out efficiency tests for compressor under
actual operation situations and collects relevant data for future compressor improvement
in response to market requirements. Furthermore, extending an additional service to
customers, SCI has provided testing of specific air conditioner performance efficiency for
customers.
