| The chief translators in our company all hold a trade certificate in translation,
and most of them have worked for over ten years in this field. In addition, each of them
normally has working experiences in various industries.
For example, one translator has worked as an English teacher in a polytechnic institute in
Changsha, China, and later as a sales representative at Mitsubishi Corporation Guangzhou
Office, China, and then went to work at Zhujiang Brewery as a translator and
foreign trade and economic cooperation coordinator. Excellent command of the languages
plus broad and versatile knowledge has made him a good employee for our company.

The above schedule is based on Western and Japanese source languages. Western and Japanese target language translation shall be charged 20% higher.
Terms of Payment
| Buyer(s) shall make Cash (T/T) payment for 100% amount for
the first 5 pages within 2 days after receipt of them through e-mail or other means, then
cash (T/T) for 100% amount for every 10 pages upon delivery by e-mail or other means
hereafter. |
